We do not provide loans directly.
We are not a Bank, NBFC, DSA, Money Lender or Government Financial Institution.
2. Loan Approval
Submission of an enquiry or application through Plotingo Loans does not guarantee:

- Loan Sanction
- Loan Disbursement
- Interest Rate
- Loan Amount
- Loan Tenure
The final decision always rests with the respective Bank, NBFC or Financial Institution.
3. Consultancy Services
Our consultancy services may include:

- Loan Eligibility Assessment
- Profile Evaluation

- Coordination with Banks & NBFCs
- Follow-up Support
4. Consultancy Fees
Professional consultancy fees may be charged depending upon the type of financial consultation and services requested.
The client agrees to pay applicable consultancy fees before or during the consulting process, wherever applicable.
Payment of consultancy fees does not guarantee loan approval.
5. No Refund Policy
All consultancy charges and professional service fees paid to Plotingo Loans are Non-Refundable.
Refund requests shall not be entertained merely because:
- Loan was not approved.
- The customer changed their mind.
- The customer withdrew the application.
- The customer failed to submit required documents.
- The Bank or NBFC rejected the application.
- The customer selected another lender.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer agrees to:
- Provide true, complete and accurate information.
- Submit genuine documents.
- Cooperate during the verification process.
- Avoid submitting forged or misleading information.
Any false information may result in immediate termination of consultancy services.
7. Third Party Services
Plotingo Loans may recommend Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions or other lending partners based on customer eligibility.
We are not responsible for:
- Their lending decisions
- Processing time
- Internal policies
- Interest rates
- Loan conditions
- Delays or rejection
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, trademarks and branding are the exclusive property of Plotingo Real Estate Consulting LLP.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Plotingo Loans shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:
- Loan rejection
- Delay in processing
- Financial loss
- Business loss
- Decision taken by any Bank or NBFC
10. Website Usage
Users shall not:
- Misuse the website
- Upload malicious files
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Submit fake enquiries
- Violate applicable laws
11. Modification of Terms

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan.
